TripLOG hat keinen eigenen Server und keine Cloud-KI. Deine Belege, Reisedaten und dein optionaler Standort bleiben auf deinem Gerät oder — falls du das aktivierst — in deinem eigenen iCloud-Account. Wir als Entwickler erhalten diese Daten nicht.
Verantwortlich für diese App im Sinne der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO):
TripLOG verarbeitet die folgenden Daten ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät bzw. in deinem eigenen iCloud-Konto:

Keine dieser Daten wird an uns als Entwickler oder an Dritte übertragen.
Die Erkennung von Betrag, Händler, Datum und Kategorie auf einem Beleg läuft vollständig auf deinem Gerät über Apples Vision-Framework. Es wird kein Bild an einen Server oder einen Cloud-KI-Dienst gesendet.
Der Zugriff auf deinen Standort ist optional und wird nur mit deiner Erlaubnis über die iOS-eigene Abfrage angefordert. Du kannst diese Berechtigung jederzeit in den iOS-Einstellungen widerrufen — die App funktioniert vollständig auch ohne Standortzugriff.
TripLOG enthält keine Analyse-Software, keine Werbe-Netzwerke und kein App-Tracking. Es findet keine Profilbildung und keine Weitergabe von Nutzungsdaten statt.
Es findet keine Weitergabe deiner Daten an Dritte statt. Die einzige Ausnahme ist iCloud Drive — ein Dienst von Apple, den ausschließlich du kontrollierst und den du in den App-Einstellungen jederzeit deaktivieren oder auf einen anderen Ordner umstellen kannst.
Da TripLOG keine personenbezogenen Daten an uns überträgt, findet durch uns als Anbieter grundsätzlich keine Verarbeitung deiner Nutzungsdaten statt. Die Verarbeitung auf deinem Gerät (z. B. Kamera-, Fotos- oder Standortzugriff) erfolgt auf Basis deiner Einwilligung gegenüber iOS bei der jeweiligen Systemabfrage (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), die du jederzeit in den iOS-Einstellungen widerrufen kannst.
Deine Daten bleiben so lange gespeichert, wie du sie in der App oder deinem iCloud-Konto behältst. Du kannst einzelne Belege oder ganze Reisen jederzeit in der App löschen, oder durch Deinstallieren der App bzw. Löschen des iCloud-Drive-Ordners alle Daten vollständig entfernen.
Da deine Daten bei dir bzw. in deinem eigenen iCloud-Konto liegen, übst du die folgenden Rechte in der Praxis direkt über die App und deine Apple-ID aus. Für Anfragen zu dieser Datenschutzerklärung oder zu uns als Verantwortlichem kannst du uns jederzeit kontaktieren:
TripLOG richtet sich nicht gezielt an Kinder unter 16 Jahren. Es findet keine gezielte Erhebung von Daten Minderjähriger statt.
Diese Datenschutzerklärung kann angepasst werden, wenn sich die App oder rechtliche Anforderungen ändern. Das Datum oben zeigt den Stand der aktuellen Fassung.

TripLOG has no server of its own and no cloud AI. Your receipts, trip data and optional location stay on your device or — if you enable it — in your own iCloud account. We, the developer, never receive this data.
The party responsible for this app under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
TripLOG processes the following data exclusively on your device or in your own iCloud account:

None of this data is transmitted to us as the developer, or to any third party.
Recognising the amount, vendor, date and category on a receipt runs entirely on your device via Apple's Vision framework. No image is sent to a server or a cloud AI service.
Access to your location is optional and only requested with your permission via iOS's own system prompt. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings — the app works fully even without location access.
TripLOG contains no analytics software, no advertising networks and no app tracking. There is no profiling and no sharing of usage data.
Your data is never shared with third parties. The one exception is iCloud Drive — a service provided by Apple, which only you control and which you can disable or repoint to a different folder at any time in the app's settings.
Since TripLOG does not transmit personal data to us, we as the provider generally do not process any of your usage data. Processing on your device (e.g. camera, photo library or location access) is based on your consent to iOS's respective system prompt (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in iOS Settings.
Your data remains stored for as long as you keep it in the app or your iCloud account. You can delete individual receipts or entire trips in the app at any time, or remove all data completely by uninstalling the app or deleting the iCloud Drive folder.

TripLOG is not directed at children under the age of 16. There is no targeted collection of data from minors.
